如果新加坡总理李显龙可以公开承认新加坡在某些方面落后，那马来西亚呢？

“特别是大马人和大马的领导人和专业人士，必须改变观念放下自大的自我，成为人民和国家的负责任的领导人，”民政党副议长赛阿都拉萨说。

“如果我们想要我们的人民和国家真正的进步，我们必须面对现实。 我们不能只是拍胸口或自吹自擂，如果这样真正的进步是无法实现的。

他补充说：“自己讲自己爽（自我荣耀）将不会让大马人和大马长期受益的。”


赛阿都拉萨是民政党第14届大选武吉兰樟州议席（N.37）的协调人表示，社会政治领袖“必须面对现实，承认治理国家制度的薄弱环节，为人民和国家的利益做出真诚的行政决定。”

Give the implementation of EIS top priority! It is heartening to note that the federal government wants to implement an Employment Insurance Scheme (EIS) in Malaysia. The parliamentary Bill for the proposed EIS will definitely help retrenched workers, employers and society in general. “Given the current and ongoing sluggish global economic outlook, the EIS is a welcome pro-active effort to help the rakyat (people),” Gerakan Deputy Speaker Syed Abdul Razak Alsagoff said.
